Sergey Geller
Chief Financial Officer
Mr. Geller has more than 15 years of corporate and investment banking experience working across North and Central America, Europe, Central Asia, and Australasia. At MM group, he is responsible for corporate finance, treasury, accounting, risk management, internal controls and plays a significant role in MM’s group strategic leadership. Sergey also serves as a board member of a number of the MM group’s companies.
Sergey started his career at ABN AMRO based in Amsterdam before moving to Bank of America Merrill Lynch in London and New York. He was advising some of the largest blue-chip corporations and growing frontier-markets companies on M&A, capital raising, and restructuring transactions. He then undertook a position of the deputy CFO at DTEK, the largest private Ukrainian energy company with pan-European operations, where he was responsible for corporate finance, group- and operating-level corporate strategy, capital raising, and international partnerships.
Sergey holds Master’s Degree in Economics and Management from Ural State Technical University.
